  • Richfield's Dream series R1500 (Parade version) "Little-Big House". A Victorian Cottage comes to life with so many unusual and intricate details that you might think you've stepped back in time 100 years. Authentic finishes meant making sure the exterior was painted to furniture grade gloss. Note how the front Grand Porch slopes gently from the garage side. This creates a no-step front entry.

  • A closer view of the Little Big House 2.0 Parade's Grand Front Porch. Note the flower boxes, ornate gable peak detailing, and even the paver brick insets all add to the charm. The open porch is both porch and patio in one.

  • The Great Room of the Parade version, Little Big House 2.0. This photo was taken from the staircase area. Using Miracle's own invention of mock-drywall "curtains", effect lighting surrounds the room. Note the detailing of the curved hardwood floor and the wall alcove for up to a 6 foot wide hutch.

  • A view towards the Little-Big House 2.0 kitchen shows Miracle's invention of lowering kitchen wall cabinets to make storage shelves easier to reach. This is accomplished by pushing these cabinets into the walls so as not lose any counter space. Note the 2 narrow wall cabinets next to the stove/microwave are the normal height of a 42 inch tall cabinet. Compare those to the lowered 42 inch cabinets.

  • White painted woodwork, inset ceiling and wall panels and sea-mist aqua combine to create a Nantucket feel to the Little-Big House 2.0 Master Suite. Note the dresser wall alcove, sconce lighting and a door-less entry into the sink basin area. The bed headboard has an alcove with reading lights.

  • High style is built into the Little-Big House 2.0 finished basement. The curved Ceiling beams are repeated in the color shapes of the carpet inlays. The 2 pub tables on the right side are built-in and perfect for snack buffet or watching the pool table. The bar has an optional stove and microwave. This basement design is set-up for a second family apartment. It has 2 possible bedrooms, bathroom and laundry. The machine on the ceiling can project images onto the floor for parties.
